I am not really in a rush to loose the weight and I want to do it right. I am hopeless in following my own diet so I need one, please?

Is it possible to go on a diet and eat a little bit of meat also?.. I don’t like vegetables.. But I do like a lot of fruit can i kinda go on a fruit diet like thing?

I have been raising 23 guppies for a couple of weeks. Initially, it seemed that the fry were very healthy, but recently I’ve noticed that a few of them seem to be developing spinal defects. This indicates to me that I have not been feeding them a proper diet. What is the best diet for me to feed my guppy fry to prevent such defects? I have been feeding them an assortment of crushed up flake food, crushed up freeze dried blood worms, and specialty fry food.

I’m 16 going on 17,im noticing that im starting 2 get fat in the stomach area and upper/lower thigh areas plus i wanna tone down my hips.Are there any pills that work best with little to no exercise or diet?

I need to know how to lose weight without looking I am dieting or anything. My mom won’t let me lose any weight but I think I need to lose some weight. The thing is I don’t want her to know I am dieting, so what is a good way to diet without her noting it?

Well, I’m doing a project in science tomorrow, and I figured out why I can’t seem to figure anything out: I don’t have a testable question. Can somebody please help me on a good question?

I need a testable question on why (or what might make it change) diet coke is lighter than regular coke.

One more thing.. It’s 6th grade science.

I am going away in 3 months and would like to toned up a bit.

What are the best exercises for these:
-Bigger biceps
-Toned stomach
-Pectorals

Also, what diet plan should i follow?

I have been on a vegetarian diet for about two years. Unfortunately I seem to crave more sugar and bread!!! Are there any good diets out there for vegetarians. I am about 10 pounds overweight.
