I just ordered my P90x. I’m waiting anxiously for it to arrive. However, I am concerned about the diet as I am on a tight budget and don’t have a lot of money to spend on food.

Ideally, I would like to pick out a few, low cost items, from the diet that are relatively simple to prepare (nothing gourmet) and stick with those for the duration of the workout plan. Does anyone who has experience with P90x have any suggestions or other tips?

I’m sure you have all tried some kind of diet. If I could design the perfect wieghtloss diet or healthy diet program for you, what would I need to do? Think of what would make you enthusiastic enough to not quit, but look forward to continuing this program on a daily basis for the rest of your life.

I have been doing really good on my diet but yesturday I ate super bad. Today I am started eating good again and i plan to contunue to but did eating bad that one day ruin my whole diet?
