I recently found that I was taking in too much sodium in my diet and it created a lot of water retention. Six days ago I started eating a lower to normal amount of sodium. The water retention is gradually reducing, but I thought it would only take a day or two. Would it normally take this long? How long does it takes for the water retention issue to resolve itself after lowering the amount of sodium in the diet? Thanks for your answers.

What diet pill or fast weight lose pill works the best. I have tried hydroxycut hardcore but I have not seen any results lately. I work out at least three to four times a week. Any help would be appreciated.
