How soon after having the baby can I begin to diet and exercise?
I’m really freaked out by the weight I’m gaining in pregnancy and would like to hop on the diet train as soon as I’m able. Any ideas as to when this is?
Yes. I am planning to breastfeed for atleast a year if at all possible.

What is the best dairy free diet for a growing child?
My son currently only drinks non-dairy formula. He is at step 2 for solids. I’ve mainly been giving him rice cereal, fruits, veggies, oatmeal and then formula. I’ve been told that babies need whole milk not only for calcium but because the fat in it helps with motor skills or something like that. We are also trying to stay as fresh and raw as possible as well. What would a daily diet look like for him? How does the food pyramid look for our lifestyle? Thanks!

I would like to begin dieting (safely) as soon as possible after my daughter is born.
I am wondering if my diet and exercise will have a negative effect on me or my newborn, since I have been told that I should be consuming more calories while breastfeeding than if I wasn’t.

I’m still nursing my 4 month old son. I still have all this weight from my pregnancy. I want to lose it, but I’m afraid to diet and it effect my son because I’m nursing. Can you diet while nursing?
