@Jyon Marqz methinks you misread the pyramid, as vegans don’t consume dairy produce, although some do consume substitutes.

I’m lookin for maybe 3 or 4 bits off food I can live off, without putting any weight on. Like bananas or somethin that can help me get thru the day. I eat stuff when I start feeling sick hungry, but hate the feeling I get after.
