    It depends on how many calories your body is used to having right now. If you regularilly consume around 2500 calories in a day, then you will “save” about 1300 calories a day if you cut back to 1200. 1300*7= 9100(?), and 3500 calories=1 lb, so you could lose about 2-3 pounds in a week. If you were to add some exercising into your lifestyle, however, you will lose much more weight. Britta Britta
