im 16 years old and i wanna go on a diet…i wanna loose 20 pounds in 2 weeks!!!!i kno it gunna be hard but im gunna try my best!!! wat are some foods and meals i can make that will help me loose waight besides fruit and vegies????? wat are some ways to exercise???? wat should i do?? what should i eat?? HOW WILL I LOOSE 20 POUNDS IN 2 WEEKS????? HELPPPP!

    Hi :)
    i started out in 150lbs
    and i would restrict my calorie intake to 500cals a day
    exercise and little food thats how i did t for the first month
    second month i bought slimquick and i started eating more
    third month now i eat in moderation still taking slimquick
    i guess what helped me was the restricting in the beginning
