  1. Timid Women Rarely Make History says:

    Bananas=Potassium,and natural sugars
    Vanilla Soy Milk (Silk)=Calcium and other Nutrients
    Cinnamon=tastes good!

    _edit_
    even though you may be on a diet, completely cutting out sugar will make you feel tired and sluggish, also you need to make sure you are getting enough carbohydrates(brain fuel).
    You can diet, but don’t make yourself miserable in the process.
    Just stay away from trans fats,saturated fats,and refined sugars.
    If you feel the munchies coming on, steer yourself towards raw fruits and vegetables, or steamed is just as good. Timid Women Rarely Make History

    Honey is a good alternative.

    Or chop some bananas and mix it in. Or add other fruits like berries, chopped strawberries.. etc. whats_ya_flava

  9. flwr_ldy says:

    Fruit is always a good addition to cornflakes, however, if you prefer them simply with sweetener, try Stevia. It is a natural sweetener with no calories and does not have the nasty after-taste you get with artificial sweeteners.

    You can find it in the spice area of some grocery stores, or in health food stores. flwr_ldy
