KizzyB asked:

A friend of mine has been on the Cambridge Diet contineuosly for 92 days. She is taking in 440 calories a day using the Cambridge Diet milkshakes/soups/other powder-based food.

I have looked on the Cambridge diet website, and it recommends no longer than 4 weeks. I am concerned that she is making herself ill. She is very emotional.

I have not experience of this diet and would appreciate anyone’s help with this.
