What is the Daily Diet For a British Soldier in Basic Training?

What is the daily diet for the british marines who are Training to go out to Afghanistan. Im guessing they’d would have to stick to a strict diet so they didnt become fat and unhealthy.
Please tell Me what they would eat daily.
