I’m on a diet but I’m always craving chocolate milkshakes. Does anyone know any good HEALTHY recipes to satisfy that craving?

Weight watchers makes a powder that is good with cold milk. It comes in chocolate, strawberry and vanilla (they had orange cream but I think it’s discontinued) you have to buy it at their meetings, but you may be able to find online.
Always use skim milk, it will cut out your fat. You can try sugar free chocolate syrup. Elizabeth

Honestly the only diet that ever worked for me was just common sense. Cravings and deprivation leads to failure. Portion control is key. Eat when you’re hungry, stop eating when you’ve stopped being hungry (I MEAN that, you can’t eat until you are full).
Follwing this logic, you can have a small milkshake now and again and still lose weight and feel like a normal person. It also means you will not have to “go off this diet” and risk gaining the weight back.
You can do it! MIss P

purchased some vanilla extract and this recipe was on the back. I thought everyone might enjoy this.

    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 tsp. chocolate extract
    1 cup low-fat milk
    2 cups crushed ice
    Artificial sweetener to taste

With Blender: Makes a frothy, thicker milk shake. In blender combine vanilla extract, chocolate extract, milk, ice and sweetener to reach the 3 cup mark. Blend low to medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes, or until ice is pulverized and mixture is thick and frothy.

Without Blender: Combine all ingredients except crushed ice in glass. Stir well

just wanted to suggest not to forget other extracts..I used raspberry today and gosh was it good! icybicycle
