What are some gluten free and diabetic diet websites?

    hope that helps. I have wheat allergies, so I’ve been working on lots of vegetarian recipes myself. I have found that ethnic foods such as Japanese and Indian foods that are based on rice are some of the better choices for a wheat-free and gluten-free diet. enn

    if the latter, kays naturals makes really good gluen free protein chips, cereals and pretzels. you can order right from their site. mrs
