Have you ever tried sparkling (carbonated) flavored water? There are tons out there now, but my favorite brand is La Croix. They make a couple different flavors and I like lime the best. They come in cans and have no calories but they're filling and refreshing and no caffeine. I think I might go have one right now... :) I am trying to cut out caffeine too.
