What is a really good effective diet for me?
im 5 ”7” and weigh 132 pounds. i really really want to lose at least 10 pounds in like 2 weeks. but i do not want to starve myself. is there any effective way for me to lose the weight. it doesn’t necessarily have to to be a diet plan but a way. like exercise + diet or whatever. and can i plz get a detailed way. and im a girl if that makes a difference.
it’d be so highly appreciated if i got some info!

Exercise and eat healthy. If you don’t like exercise walk as much as you can.
Drink a lot of water, eat veggies, grilled chicken, fish, fruit… To lose weight it is important to eat 3 meals and 2 light snacks (yogurts, fruits…)
