    hey i m trying to do the same thing.but with me its like i workout 4-5 times in a week.In diet you have to have a breakfast before you start your day, try to add more proteins in your diet because when you workout and make muscles your body will need these extra proteins.Add some more fibres in your diet, fibre will flush out your system and you will lose weight more faster.Avoid eating meals after 7-7.30pm. If you go to the gym for workout then try to do tread mil for about 40 mins because what most of people do is that they will walk for 30 mins before they start there workout but the fact is that for first 25 mins you are not actually losing any weight or burning much calories as your body will take 20-25 mins to get warm up.If you cant go 40 mins Straight then start with 10-15 mins and then do all your other training exercises and after you are done then go back on the tread mil again for 15-20 mins it will help you to lose weight much faster. canadian hindu

    I would sudgest using atkins. I am doing it now and I have lost 5 1/2 pounds in like 8 days. I would really get the book and read into it, it’s really fast and it makes you healthier. Good luck BostonGrl
