What kind of diet should igo on for my new football season?

I recently joined my local boys football team and am looking really forward to it.But my manager wants me to play on the wing so i want to get fitter and more muscular to be able to perform better.Can anyone give me a daily diet and fitness plan (.e.g. press ups,sit ups etc.) and what food i should be eating in order to last the full 90 minutes.10 points for the best answer.

    Include a good deal of Protein in your diet, with lots of liquids mainly in the form of Juices and Water besides including the necessary carbs to keep you going all the way, p.s. avoid deep fried foods to stay healthy during the season..for better info consult a trainer for more detailed diet info.

    All you need to do is eat a healthy well balanced diet, plenty of veg and fruit and protein. What you need depends on your current size weight level of fitness and age. You will need to build up your stamina. But the exercise will also depend on the factors above, plus the position you will be playing in
