Diet soda is different from ‘ordinary’ soda it has an ant poison in it called aspartame a ’sweetener’ also found in chewing gum and many sugar free foods. Can cause MS like symptoms and other health problems. chipmonkb

Diet soda is potentially worse for you than regular soda. Artificial sugar substitutes are not good for the body, even worse than their natural alternative. Without going into the details, the ways these chemicals react with us can potentially be very detrimental. Dan
